There is provided a mobile radio communication device which is designed to
prevent dishonest applications by using a management table (30) for
storing a plurality of MINs and count values as authentication parameters
corresponding to the MINs and effecting the authentication procedure at
the time of radio connection to a base station. Whether or not an input
MIN is already set in the management table (30) is determined at the time
of MIN setting operation, and if it is already set, it is determined that
the setting operation is a resetting operation and the already set MIN and
count value are kept held as they are. On the other hand, if the input MIN
is not set in the management table (30), whether or not a MIN having a
count value of "0" is set in the management table (30) is determined, and
if it is set, an input MIN is set in place of the above MIN, and if it is
not set, an input MIN and the initial value "0" of the count value are set
in an available area of the management table (30).
Wird einer beweglichen Funkverbindungvorrichtung zur Verfügung gestellt, die entworfen wird, um unehrliche Anwendungen zu verhindern, indem man eine Managementtabelle (30) für die Speicherung einer Mehrzahl von Minuten und von Zählwerten als Authentisierung Parameter verwendet, die den Minuten entsprechen und das Authentisierung Verfahren zu der Zeit des Radioanschlußes zu einer niedrigen Station bewirken. Ob oder nicht ein Eingang Minute bereits in die Managementtabelle (30) eingestellt wird, wird zu der Zeit des MINIMALEN einstellenbetriebes festgestellt, und wenn es bereits eingestellt wird, wird es festgestellt, daß der einstellenbetrieb ein zurückstellender Betrieb ist und den bereits eingestellten Minuten und dem Zählwert gehalten gehalten werden, während sie sind. Andererseits wenn der Eingang Minute nicht in die Managementtabelle (30) eingestellt wird, ob, oder nicht eine Minute einen Zählwert von "0" habend in die Managementtabelle (30) eingestellt wird, wird festgestellt, und wenn er eingestellt wird, wird ein Eingang Minute anstatt der oben genannten Minute eingestellt, und wenn er nicht eingestellt wird, werden ein Eingang Minute und der Ausgangswert "0" des Zählwertes in einen vorhandenen Bereich der Managementtabelle (30) eingestellt.
