A distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named `Yocasper`, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and uniformly mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green leaves; uniform and early flowering; moderately vigorous and strong plant growth; large decorative quill-type inflorescences that are about 10.5 cm in diameter when grown as a disbud; ray floret color that is initially light yellow then becoming white with subsequent development giving the inflorescence a yellow and white bi-colored appearance; and good postproduction longevity with inflorescences and leaves maintaining good substance and color for about three weeks in an interior environment.

Un cultivar distinto de la planta del crisantemo nombró el ` Yocasper`, lo caracterizó por su montante, exterior separándose y mounded uniformemente hábito de planta; hábito libremente de ramificación; hojas verde oscuro; uniforme y temprano florecimiento; crecimiento vegetal moderado vigoroso y fuerte; canilla-tipo decorativo grande inflorescencias que es cerca de 10.5 centímetros de diámetro cuando está crecido como disbud; irradie el color del florete que es inicialmente entonces el llegar a ser amarillo ligero blanco con el desarrollo subsecuente que da a la inflorescencia un aspecto BI-COLOREADO amarillo y blanco; y buena longevidad del postproduction con las inflorescencias y las hojas que mantienen la buena sustancia y el color por cerca de tres semanas en un ambiente interior.
