The present invention relates to a delayed-release pharmaceutical composition which is in the form of tablets prepared by direct tableting and consisting of at least one active principle and a matrix which gives the said composition its delayed-release effect, characterized in that the said matrix consists at least in part of pregranulated polysaccharides of high molecular weight and of synthetic or natural origin.

La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique en retarder-release qui est sous forme de comprimés préparés par marquer sur tablette direct et se composer au moins d'un principe actif et d'une matrice qui donne à ladite composition sa suite de retarder-release, caractérisée en ce que ladite matrice consiste au moins en partie de pregranulated des polysaccharides de poids et d'origine synthétique ou normale.
