A composition containing at least one organic phospholipid capable of forming bilayers in aqueous solution;at least one amphoteric surfactant; and at least one nonionic surfactant present in an amount by weight equal to or greater than the amount of the phospholipid. The invention also relates to a delivery system for water-insoluble ingredients containing the above components, at least one water-insoluble ingredient, and an aqueous phase, wherein the organic phospholipid, amphoteric surfactant, and nonionic surfactant are present in a combined amount sufficient to allow the water-insoluble ingredient to be incorporated into the system. A method of treating keratinous susbstances is also disclosed.

Ein Aufbau, der mindestens ein organisches Phospholipid fähig zur Formung von von bilayers im wäßrigen solution;at wenig ein amphoteres Tensid enthält; und mindestens ein nichtionogenes Tensid vorhanden in einer Menge nach Gewicht gleich oder grösser als der Menge des Phospholipids. Die Erfindung bezieht auch auf einem Anlieferung System für die wasserunlöslichen Bestandteile, welche die oben genannten Bestandteile, mindestens einen wasserunlöslichen Bestandteil und eine wäßrige Phase enthalten, worin das organische Phospholipid, das amphotere Tensid und das nichtionogene Tensid in einem kombinierten ausreichenden Betrag zu erlauben anwesend sind, daß der wasserunlösliche Bestandteil in das System enthalten wird. Eine Methode des Behandelns von von keratinous susbstances wird auch freigegeben.
