Radicicol derivatives represented by the following formula (I) having tyrosine kinase inhibition activity or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different, and each represents hydrogen, alkanoyl, alkenoyl, tert-butyldiphenylsilyl or tert-butyldimethylsilyl; R.sup.3 represents Y--R.sup.5 {wherein Y represents substituted or unsubstituted alkylene; and R.sup.5 represents CONR.sup.6 R.sup.7 (wherein R.sup.6 represents hydrogen, hydroxyl, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted higher alkyl; R.sup.7 represents hydroxyl, substituted lower alkyl), CO.sub.2 R.sup.12 (wherein R.sup.12 represents substituted lower alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted higher alkyl, X represents halogen.

Derivados de Radicicol representados por el fórmula siguiente (i) que tiene actividad de la inhibición del kinase del tyrosine o sales farmacológico aceptables de eso: ## del ## STR1 en donde R.sup.1 y R.sup.2 son iguales o diferente, y cada uno representa el hidrógeno, el alkanoyl, el alkenoyl, el tert-butyldiphenylsilyl o el tert-butyldimethylsilyl; R.sup.3 representa Y -- R.sup.5 {en donde Y representa el alkylene substituido o sin sustituir; y R.sup.5 representa CONR.sup.6 R.sup.7 (en donde R.sup.6 representa el alkyl más alto alkyl, substituido o sin sustituir más bajo del hidrógeno, del oxhidrilo, substituido o sin sustituir; R.sup.7 representa el oxhidrilo, el alkyl más bajo substituido), CO.sub.2 R.sup.12 (en donde R.sup.12 representa el alkyl más alto alkyl, substituido o sin sustituir más bajo substituido, X representa el halógeno.
