Novel pyrazolopyridylpyridazinone derivatives characterized by being represented by general formula (1) and pharnacologically acceptable salts thereof, which exhibit a phosphodiesterase inhibiting activity and have a selective potent bronchodilating effect on the respiratory tract; a process for the preparation of them; and bronchodilators containing the same as the active ingredient; wherein R.sup.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 lower alkyl or C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl; and R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are each independently hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 lower alkyl or phenyl, or alternatively R.sup.3 and R.sup.5 may be united to form a double bond.

Derivatives do pyrazolopyridylpyridazinone da novela caracterizados sendo representado pela fórmula geral (1) e pelos sais pharnacologically aceitáveis disso, que exibem uma atividade inibindo do phosphodiesterase e têm um efeito bronchodilating potent seletivo no intervalo respiratory; um processo para a preparação deles; e bronchodilators que contêm o mesmo que o ingrediente ativo; wherein R.sup.1 é C.sub.1 - o alkyl C.sub.4 mais baixo ou o C.sub.3 - o cycloalkyl C.sub.6; e R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 e R.sup.5 são cada um independentemente o hidrogênio, C.sub.1 - C.sub.4 abaixam o alkyl ou o phenyl, ou alternativamente R.sup.3 e R.sup.5 podem ser unidos para dar forma a uma ligação dobro.
