Camptothecin compounds having a C.sub.10 11 O--(CF.sub.2).sub.n O group where n is 1 or 2 are effective anti-tumor compounds. These compounds inhibit the enzyme topoisomerase I and may alkylate DNA of the associated topoisomerase I-DNA cleavable complex.

Los compuestos de Camptothecin que tienen un C.sub.10 11 O -- grupo de (CF.sub.2).sub.n O donde está n 1 o 2 son compuestos anti-tumor eficaces. Estos compuestos inhiben el topoisomerase I de la enzima y pueden alkylate la DNA del complejo cleavable asociado del topoisomerase I-DNA.
