An injectable composition is provided for promoting bone and/or cartilage growth comprising hyaluronic acid cross-linked to sulfated polysaccharide through linking groups. The linking groups are diamines or amino polyalkylene glycols. The sulfated polysaccharide binds growth factors suitable for promoting tissue growth at the site of application of the composition.

Ein injizierbarer Aufbau wird für die Förderung des Knochen- und/oder Knorpelwachstums zur Verfügung gestellt, welches die hyaluronic Säure enthält, die zu sulfatiertem Polysaccharid durch die Verbindung der Gruppen querverbunden wird. Die verbindengruppen sind Diamine oder Aminopolyalkylene Glykole. Das sulfatierte Polysaccharid bindet die Wachstumfaktoren, die für die Förderung des Gewebewachstums am Aufstellungsort der Anwendung des Aufbaus verwendbar sind.
