The invention relates to novel phenyl-substituted cyclic ketoenols of the formula (I) ##STR1## in which Het represents one of the groups ##STR2## and G, V, W, X, Y and Z are each as defined in the description, to processes and intermediates for their preparation and to their use as pesticides and herbicides.
