This invention relates to a muitilayer tamper-evident label comprising: (A) a first and second layer of polymeric film, wherein each layer has an upper and lower surface and the lower surface of the first layer contacts the upper surface of the second layer at a separation interface, (B) a heat-sealable layer, having an upper and lower surface, wherein the lower surface of the heat-sealable layer is bonded to the upper surface of the first layer, and (C) an adhesive layer, having an upper and lower surface, wherein the upper surface of the adhesive layer is bonded to lower surface of the second layer. In another aspect the invention relates to an article overwrapped in a packaging wrap material and having the tamper evident label inside and bonded to the packaging wrap. In another embodiment, the invention relates a method of preparing a multilayer tamper evident label comprising the steps of (A) coextruding a film having a heat sealable layer, a first layer and a second layer each having an upper and lower surface, wherein the lower surface of the first layer contacts the upper surface of the second layer at a separation interface and the upper surface of the first layer is bonded to the lower surface of the heat sealable layer, and (B) forming an adhesive layer with an upper and lower surface, where upper surface of the adhesive layer is bonded to the lower surface of the second layer. The multilayer tamper evident label provides information about the integrity of the packaging. The label and method afford evidence of tampering and/or repackaging of an article.

Questa invenzione riguarda contenere alter-evidente dell'etichetta del muitilayer: (A) un primo e secondo strato della pellicola polimerica, in cui ogni strato ha un superiore e l'intradosso e l'intradosso del primo strato si mette in contatto con la superficie superiore del secondo strato ad un'interfaccia di separazione, (B) un lo strato saldabile a caldo, avendo un superiore ed intradosso, in cui l'intradosso dello strato saldabile a caldo è legato alla superficie superiore del primo strato e (C) uno strato adesivo, avendo un intradosso superiore e, in cui la superficie superiore dello strato adesivo è legata ad intradosso del secondo strato. In un'altra funzione l'invenzione riguarda un articolo riavvolto in un materiale impaccante dell'involucro ed in avere l'etichetta evidente del compressore all'interno e legato all'involucro impaccante. In un altro incorporamento, l'invenzione collega un metodo di preparazione dell'etichetta evidente del compressore a più strati che contiene i punti (A) che coextruding una pellicola che ha uno strato sigillabile di calore, un primo strato e un secondo strato ciascuno che ha un intradosso superiore e, in cui l'intradosso del primo strato si mette in contatto con la superficie superiore del secondo strato ad un'interfaccia di separazione e la superficie superiore del primo strato è legata all'intradosso dello strato sigillabile di calore e (B) formando uno strato adesivo con un intradosso superiore e, in cui la superficie superiore dello strato adesivo è legata all'intradosso del secondo strato. L'etichetta evidente del compressore a più strati fornisce le informazioni sull'integrità dell'imballaggio. L'etichetta ed il metodo si permettono la prova di alterazione e/o di riorganizzazione di un articolo.
