A connector means including shoe connector means comprising a plurality of improved ridges configured using an improved injection mold design so that inverted ridge means may be nested between and gripped by certain of the ridges. The connector means also includes means to confirm complete, adjusted interlock of the nested ridges. Additionally disclosed are products that would incorporate such connector means.
