The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of partially hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber in a pressurised reactor by hydrogenation of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber by means of homogeneous or heterogeneous catalysis, in which the reactor contents are rendered inert before commencement of the hydrogenation, the Raman spectra of the reactor contents are recorded at short time intervals and the actual degree of hydrogenation of the product is determined from the intensities of the Raman emission lines and, on attainment of the required degree of hydrogenation, the reaction is arrested by suitable means.

La presente invenzione riguarda un procedimento per la preparazione della gomma parzialmente idrogenata del acrilonitrile-butadiene in un reattore pressurizzato tramite idrogenazione della gomma del acrilonitrile-butadiene per mezzo di catalisi omogenea o eterogenea, in cui il soddisfare del reattore è reso inerte prima dell'inizio dell'idrogenazione, il Raman che le gamme di soddisfare del reattore sono registrate a intervalli corti di tempo ed il grado reale di idrogenazione del prodotto è determinato a partire dalle intensità delle linee di emissione del Raman e, sul raggiungimento del grado richiesto di idrogenazione, la reazione è arrestata attraverso i mezzi adatti.
