A pearlescent composition containing: (a) a dialkyl ether corresponding to formula (I): R.sup.1 --O--R.sup.2 wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, independently of one another, represent linear or branched alkyl and/or alkenyl groups having from 12 to 22 carbon atoms; (b) a silicone compound; and (c) an emulsifier selected from the group consisting of alkyl oligoglycosides, alkenyl oligoglycosides, fatty acid-N-alkyl polyhydroxyalkylamides, alkyl ether sulfates, betaines, and mixtures thereof.

Ein pearlescent Aufbauenthalten: (a) ein Dialkyl- Äther, der Formel (i) entspricht: R.sup.1 -- O -- R.sup.2, worin R.sup.1 und R.sup.2, unabhängig von einem anders, die linearen oder ausgebrittenen Alkyl- und/oder alkenyl Gruppen darstellen, die von 12 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatome haben; (b) ein Silikonmittel; und (c) ein Emulsionsmittel vorgewählt von der Gruppe, die aus Alkyloligoglycosides, alkenyl oligoglycosides, fetthaltigen Säure-N-Alkyl polyhydroxyalkylamides, Alkyläthersulfaten, Betainen und Mischungen davon besteht.
