A multivariate negotiations engine for ordering sample quantities which: enables a sponsor to create and administer a community between participants such as buyers and sellers having similar interests; allows a buyer/participant to search and evaluate seller information, propose and negotiate orders and counteroffers that include all desired terms, request and order sample quantities, and track activity; allows a seller/participant to use remote authoring templates to create a complete Website for immediate integration and activation in the community, to evaluate proposed buyer orders and counteroffers, and to negotiate multiple variables such as prices, terms, conditions etc., iteratively with a buyer. This also allows buyers and sellers to use and negotiate payment options and methods that are accepted internationally. The system maintains internal databases that contain the history of all transactions in each community, so that sponsors, buyers and sellers may retrieve appropriate records to document each stage of interaction and negotiation. Documents are created by the system during the negotiation process.

Un motore a più variabili di trattative per le quantità d'ordinamento del campione che: permette ad un garante di generare ed amministrare una Comunità fra i partecipanti quali i compratori ed i venditori che hanno interessi simili; permette che un buyer/participant cerchi e valuti le informazioni del venditore, proponga e negozii gli ordini e controfferte che includono tutti i termini voluti, chiedono ed ordinano le quantità del campione ed attività della pista; permette che un seller/participant utilizzi la ripresa esterna che crea le mascherine per generare un Web site completo per integrazione immediata e l'attivazione nella Comunità, valutare ha proposto gli ordini e le controfferte del compratore e negoziare le variabili multiple quali i prezzi, i termini, le condizioni ecc., iteratamente con un compratore. Ciò inoltre permette che i compratori ed i venditori usino e negoziino le opzioni ed i metodi di pagamento che sono accettati internazionalmente. Il sistema effettua le basi di dati interne che contengono la storia di tutte le transazioni in ogni Comunità, di modo che i garanti, i compratori ed i venditori possono richiamare le annotazioni adatte per documentare ogni fase di interazione e della trattativa. I documenti sono generati dal sistema durante il processo di trattativa.
