A toner for development of electrostatic images, comprising at least a binder resin, a colorant and a charge control agent, wherein the charge control agent is a polar resin composed of a copolymer of a vinyl monomer and SO.sub.3 X (X=H or alkali metal) group-containing (meth)acrylamide and having an SO.sub.3 X group-containing (meth)acrylamide unit content of 0.1 to 10 wt. % and a weight average molecular weight of 17,000 to 25,000, and a production process of the toner.

Ein Toner für die Entwicklung der elektrostatischen Bilder, mindestens ein Mappe Harz enthalten, ein Farbstoff und eine Aufladung steuern Mittel, worin das Aufladung Steuermittel ein polares Harz ist-, das aus einem Copolymer einer Vinylmonomere und des SO.sub.3 X besteht (X=H oder Alkalimetall) Gruppe-enthalten (meth)acrylamide und Haben eines SO.sub.3 X Gruppe-zu enthalten (meth)acrylamide Maßeinheit Inhalt von 0.1 bis 10 Gew. % und von Gewichtdurchschnitt Molekulargewicht von 17.000 bis 25.000 und ein Produktion Prozeß des Toners.
