The present invention relates compounds of the formula (I):

R.sup.6 represents hydrogen, COR.sup.a, CO.sub.2 R.sup.a, COCONR.sup.a
R.sup.b, COCO.sub.2 R.sup.a, C.sub.1-6 alkyl optionally substituted by a
group selected from (CO.sub.2 R.sup.a, CONR.sup.a R.sup.b, hydroxy, CN,
COR.sup.a, NR.sup.a R.sup.b, C(NOH)NR.sup.a R.sup.b, CONHphenyl(C.sub.1-4
alkyl), COCO.sub.2 R.sup.a, CONHNR.sup.a R.sup.b, C(S)NR.sup.a R.sup.b,
CONR.sup.a C.sub.1-6 alkylR.sup.12, CONR.sup.13 C.sub.2-6 alkenyl,
CONR.sup.13 C.sub.2-6 alkynyl, COCONR.sup.a R.sup.b, CONR.sup.a
C(NR.sup.b)NR.sup.a R.sup.b, CONR.sup.a heteroaryl, and phenyl optionally
substituted by one, two or three substituents selected from C.sub.1-6
alky, C.sub.1-6 alkoxy, halogen and trifluoromethyl); or R.sup.6
represents a group of formula --CH.sub.2 C.ident.CCH.sub.2 NR.sup.7
R.sup.8 where R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 are as defined below; or R.sup.6
represents C.sub.1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted by oxo, substituted by
a 5-membered or 6-membered heterocyclic ring containing 1, 2 or 3 nitrogen
atoms optionally substituted by .dbd.O or .dbd.S and optionally
substituted by a group of the formula ZNR.sup.7 R.sup.8 ;
or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof.
The compounds are tachykinin antagonists and are of particular use in the
treatment or prevention of depression, anxiety, pain, inflammation,
migraine, emesis or postherpic neuralgia.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht Mittel der Formel (i): ## STR1 ## worin R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 und R.sup.5 stellen eine Vielzahl der Substituenten dar; R.sup.6 stellt Wasserstoff, COR.sup.a, CO.sub.2 R.sup.a, COCONR.sup.a R.sup.b, COCO.sub.2 R.sup.a, das Alkyl C.sub.1-6 dar, das beliebig durch ein die Gruppe ersetzt wird, die von vorgewählt werden (CO.sub.2 R.sup.a, CONR.sup.a, CN, COR.sup.a, NR.sup.a R.sup.b, C(NOH)NR.sup.a R.sup.b, CONHphenyl(C.sub.1-4 Alkyl R.sup.b, Hydroxyl-), COCO.sub.2 R.sup.a, CONHNR.sup.a R.sup.b, C(S)NR.sup.a R.sup.b, CONR.sup.a C.sub.1-6 alkylR.sup.12, CONR.sup.13 C.sub.2-6 Alkenyl, CONR.sup.13 C.sub.2-6 alkynyl, COCONR.sup.a R.sup.b, CONR.sup.a C(NR.sup.b)NR.sup.a R.sup.b, CONR.sup.a heteroaryl und das Phenyl, das beliebig durch eine, zwei oder drei Substituenten ersetzt wird, die von C.sub.1-6 vorgewählt werden, das alky sind, von alkoxy C.sub.1-6, vom Halogen und vom trifluoromethyl); oder R.sup.6 stellt eine Gruppe der Formel -- CH.sub.2 C.ident.CCH.sub.2 NR.sup.7 R.sup.8 dar, wo R.sup.7 und R.sup.8 sind, wie unten definiert; oder R.sup.6 stellt das Alkyl C.sub.1-6 dar, beliebig ersetzt durch Oxo, ersetzt durch einen heterozyklischen Ring 5-membered oder 6-membered, der 1, 2 oder 3 Stickstoffatome enthält, die beliebig durch dbd.O oder dbd.S ersetzt werden und beliebig durch eine Gruppe der Formel ZNR.sup.7 R.sup.8 ersetzt sind; oder ein pharmazeutisches annehmbares Salz davon. Die Mittel sind tachykinin Antagonisten und sind vom bestimmten Gebrauch in der Behandlung oder in der Verhinderung des Tiefstands, der Angst, der Schmerz, der Entzündung, der Migräne, des Erbrechens oder des postherpic Neuralgia.
