The invention relates to the conversion of a mixed plastic waste by means of mechanical treatment of the starting material mixture in the presence of a mineral oil. The essence of the invention consists therein that a crushed plastic waste mixture containing about 20% by weight of low density polyethylene with a softening point below 150.degree. C. is heat-treated in an oily medium in an apparatus exerting intense kneading-moulding effect at a temperature between 150.degree. C. and 250.degree. C. under vigorous stirring until the formation of a quasi-homogenous, liquid-phase or meltphase bitumen-like material, then separating the bitumen-like material obtained.

L'invenzione riguarda la conversione di uno spreco mixed della plastica per mezzo di trattamento meccanico della miscela del prodotto base in presenza di un olio minerale. L'essenza dell'invenzione è costituita in ciò che una miscela schiacciata dello spreco della plastica che contiene circa 20% del peso del polietilene di densità bassa con un punto di rammollimento sotto 150.degree. Il C. è trattato termicamente in un mezzo oleoso in un apparecchio che impiega l'effetto dimodellatura intenso ad una temperatura fra 150.degree. C. e 250.degree. C. sotto la mescolatura vigorosa fino alla formazione un quasi-homogenous, liquid-phase o del meltphase bitume-come materiale, allora separare bitume-come materiale ottenuto.
