An oligosiloxane having the formula (R.sup.1 O).sub.a Si(OSiR.sup.2.sub.2 R.sup.3).sub.4-a wherein R.sup.1 is alkyl; each R.sup.2 is independently selected from C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 monovalent hydrocarbyl free of aliphatic unsaturation; R.sup.3 is hydrocarbly free of aliphatic unsaturation and having at least 11 carbon atoms; and a is 1, 2, or 3; and a method of preparing an alkoxy-functional oligosiloxane.

Ein oligosiloxane, welches die Formel hat (R.sup.1 O).sub.a Si(OSiR.sup.2.sub.2 R.sup.3).sub.4-a, worin R.sup.1 Alkyl ist; jedes R.sup.2 wird unabhängig von C.sub.1 zum einwertigen hydrocarbyl C.sub.10 frei der aliphatischen Ungesättigtheit vorgewählt; R.sup.3 ist von der aliphatischen Ungesättigtheit und vom Haben mindestens von von 11 Kohlenstoffatomen hydrocarbly frei; und a ist 1, 2 oder 3; und eine Methode des Vorbereitens eines Alkoxyfunktionsoligosiloxane.
