The present invention is directed to new bicyclic compounds of the formula [I], ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, Q.sup.1 Q.sup.2 and Q.sup.3 are as defined in the claims. The compounds have N-myristoyltransferase inhibitory and antifungal activity.
