The invention provides: for a process for preparing pulverulent polymers by drying aqueous polymer dispersions in the presence of copolymers based on ethylenically unsaturated C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 carboxylic acids and their hydroxyalkyl esters as assistants; polymer powders obtainable by this process; aqueous polymer dispersions obtainable by free-radical aqueous emulsion polymerization of ethylenically unsaturated monomers in the presence of the novel copolymers, and the powders obtainable therefrom, and a polymeric binder as well as and mineral building materials which comprise the novel polymer powders.

Die Erfindung stellt zur Verfügung: für einen Prozeß für das Vorbereiten der pulverulent Polymer-Plastiken durch das Trocknen der wäßrigen Polymer-Plastik Zerstreuungen in Anwesenheit der Copolymere basiert auf äthylenisch ungesättigtem C.sub.3 - karboxylhaltige Säuren C.sub.6 und ihre Hydroxyalkylester als Assistenten; Polymer-Plastik pulverisiert erreichbares durch diesen Prozeß; die wäßrigen Polymer-Plastik Zerstreuungen, die durch frei-radikale wäßrige Emulsionpolymerisierung der äthylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren im Vorhandensein der Romancopolymere erreichbar sind, und die Puder, die daher erreichbar sind, und eine polymerische Mappe so gut wie und Mineralbaumaterialien, die das Romanpolymer-Plastik enthalten, pulverisiert.
