A hard candy with a relatively-high moisture and hardness, and process of the same. The levels of moisture and hardness are respectively from about 3.5% to about 10%, and at least 4.0 kg as a penetration strength when measured by a rheometer. The hard candy is characteristic of a relatively-high transparency, insubstantial stickiness to the teeth, and lesser stimulation to the teeth.

Una caramella dura con un'relativo-alte umidità e durezza e processo dello stesso. I livelli di umidità e di durezza provengono rispettivamente da circa 3.5% a circa 10% ed almeno 4.0 chilogrammi come resistenza di penetrazione una volta misurati da un reometro. La caramella dura è caratteristica di relativo-alto acetato, di una viscosità insubstantial ai denti e di poco stimolo ai denti.
