Compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are various substituent groups; and one of X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 is N or CR', and the other is NR' or CHR' wherein R' is hydrogen, OH, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, or C.sub.3-7 cycloalkyl; or when one of X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 is N or CR' then the other may be S or O; and their use as pharmaceuticals.
