A process for preparing a compound of the formula: ##STR1## which comprises reacting a compound of the formula: ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 is C.sub.1-6 straight- or branched-chain alkyl, with a compound of the formula: ##STR3## in an aprotic solvent in the presence of base.
