A topical skin composition containing a dipeptide compound represented by,
formula (1) or a salt of the dipeptide:

wherein R.sup.1 represents a, hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkanoyl
group, or --CH(R.sup.6)COOR.sup.7 (wherein R.sup.6 represents a hydrogen
atom or a lower alkyl group, and R.sup.7 represents a hydrogen atom, a
lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, or an aralkyl group);
R.sup.2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group which may have a
substituent;
R.sup.3 represents a lower alkyl group or a phenyl group;
R.sup.4 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and may form a
heterocyclic ring together with R.sup.5 and an adjacent nitrogen atom;
R.sup.5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may have a
substituent, or an aralkyl group which may have a substituent, and may
form the heterocyclic ring together with R.sup.4 ;
X represents --COOR.sup.8 (wherein R.sup.8 represents a hydrogen atom, a
lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, or an aralkyl group) or
--SO.sub.3 H; and
n is an integer of 0-4; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier therefor.
Ein aktueller Hautaufbau, der ein Dipeptidmittel vorbei dargestellt, Formel (1) oder ein Salz des Dipeptids enthält: ## STR1 ## worin R.sup.1 a, Wasserstoffatom, eine Alkylgruppe, eine alkanoyl Gruppe oder darstellt -- CH(R.sup.6)COOR.sup.7 (worin R.sup.6 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine unterere Alkylgruppe darstellt und R.sup.7 darstellt ein Wasserstoffatom, eine unterere Alkylgruppe, eine unterere alkenyl Gruppe oder eine aralkyl Gruppe); R.sup.2 stellt ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkylgruppe dar, die einen Substituenten haben können; R.sup.3 stellt eine unterere Alkylgruppe oder eine Phenyl- Gruppe dar; R.sup.4 stellt ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine unterere Alkylgruppe dar und kann einen heterozyklischen Ring zusammen mit R.sup.5 und einem angrenzenden Stickstoffatom bilden; R.sup.5 stellt ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Alkylgruppe, die einen Substituenten haben können, oder eine aralkyl Gruppe, die einen Substituenten haben kann, dar und kann den heterozyklischen Ring zusammen mit R.sup.4 bilden; X stellt -- (dar worin R.sup.8 ein Wasserstoffatom darstellt, unterere Alkylgruppe COOR.sup.8, eine unterere alkenyl Gruppe oder eine aralkyl Gruppe) oder -- SO.sub.3 H; und n ist eine Ganzzahl von 0-4; und eine pharmazeutisch annehmbare Fördermaschine dafür.
