Whole structures of mammalian analogues of occludin, a constituent protein
of the tight junction (TJ), are provided. Genes for human, canine and
mouse occludins were analyzed with the PCR technique on the basis of the
coding sequence seen around the gene for neuronal apoptosis inhibitory
protein. With antibodies prepared, the occludins have been confirmed to be
constituent proteins of the TJ by immunofluorescent cell staining.
As estruturas inteiras de analogues mammalian do occludin, uma proteína constituent da junção apertada (TJ), são fornecidas. Os genes para occludins humanos, do canine e do rato foram analisados com a técnica de PCR na base da seqüência de coding vista em torno do gene para a proteína inhibitory do apoptosis neuronal. Com os antibodies preparados, os occludins foram confirmados para ser proteínas constituent do TJ pela pilha immunofluorescent que mancha.
