A cyclic amine compound represented by the following general formula (1): ##STR1## wherein, R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkoxy group; W.sup.1 an W.sup.2 each independently represent N or CH; X represents O, NR.sup.4, CONR.sup.4 or NR.sup.4 CO; R.sup.4 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, or heteroalkyl group; and l, m and n each represents a number of 0 to 1, a salt thereof and a hydrate thereof are provided. These compounds have inhibitory effects on both cell adhesion and cell infiltration and are useful as anti-asthmatic agents, anti-allergic agents, anti-rheumatic agents, anti-arteriosclerotic agents, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-Sjogren's syndrome agents or the like.

Ein zyklisches Aminmittel dargestellt durch die folgende allgemeine Formel (1): ## STR1 ## worin, R.sup.1, R.sup.2 und R.sup.3 jedes stellen unabhängig ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine alkoxy Gruppe dar; W.sup.1 ein W.sup.2 jedes stellt unabhängig N oder CH dar; X stellt O, NR.sup.4, CONR.sup.4 oder NR.sup.4 Co dar; R.sup.4 jedes stellt unabhängig ein Wasserstoffatom oder ein Alkyl, ein Aryl, ein heteroaryl, ein aralkyl oder eine heteroalkyl Gruppe dar; und L, m und n jedes stellt eine Zahl von 0 bis 1, ein Salz davon dar und ein Hydrat davon werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese Mittel haben hemmende Effekte auf Zelle Adhäsion und Zelle Infiltration und sind als anti-asthmatic Mittel, anti-allergic Mittel, Anti-rheumatische Mittel, Anti-anti-arteriosclerotic Mittel, anti-inflammatory Mittel, Syndrommittel der anti-Sjogrens oder dergleichen nützlich.
