Backed sanitaryware, such as baths, shower trays, wash basins and the like comprise an acrylic polymer moulding, the reverse of which is reinforced with a polymer material containing neither glass fibre nor asbestos, which material is firmly bonded to the acrylic polymer moulding, wherein the reinforcement is obtainable by curing a polymerisable, cold-curing reactive (meth)acrylate system sprayed onto the reverse of the acrylic polymer moulding, which system contains, in addition to further constituents, A) as polymerisable monomers:

              b2)   vinyl esters                 0-35 wt. %
    wherein components a1) to b2) are selected such that they amount to 100 wt.

The further constituents of the (meth)acrylate system are disclosed in the description. The sanitaryware according to the invention meets all requirements of DIN EN 198 and further relevant standards and is completely and straightforwardly recyclable.

Unterstütztes sanitaryware, wie Bäder, Duschebehälter, Wäschebassins und dergleichen enthalten ein Acrylpolymer-Plastik Formteil, deren Rückseite mit einem Polymer-Plastik Material verstärkt wird, das weder Glasfaser noch Asbest enthält, die Material fest zum Acrylpolymer-Plastik Formteil, worin die Verstärkung erreichbar ist, indem sie ein polymerisable kuriert, das kalt-Kurieren reagierend abgebunden wird (das meth)acrylate System gesprüht auf die Rückseite des Acrylpolymer-Plastik Formteils, das System, zusätzlich zu den weiteren Bestandteilen, A) als polymerisable Monomeren enthält: A) A) (meth)acrylate 30-100 % der Gew. a1) Methyl- (meth)acrylate 0-99.8 % der Gew. a2) C.sub.2 -- (meth)acrylate 0-99.8 % der Gew. a3) gtoreq.C.sub.5 C.sub.4 (meth)acrylate 0-50 % der Gew. a4) polyfunctional (meth)acrylates 0-50 % der Gew. a5) aromatische Substanzen des Uräthans (meth)acrylates 0.2-50 Comonomere der Gew. % B) 0-70 % der Gew. b1) Vinyl0-35 ester der Gew. % b2) Vinyl0-35 Gew. %, worin Bestandteilen a1) zu b2) so vorgewählt werden, daß sie 100 Gewicht betragen. %. Die weiteren Bestandteile von (meth)acrylate System werden in der Beschreibung freigegeben. Das sanitaryware entsprechend der Erfindung entspricht allen Anforderungen VON DIN en 198 und von weiteren relevanten Standards und ist vollständig und direkt zurückführbar.
