A 2- or 4-nitrobenzenesulfonamide is allowed to react with an alkali metal alkoxide to remove a nitrobenzenesulfonyl group to thereby obtain an amine corresponding to the amide. Furthermore, a method for producing an amine derivative by allowing the resulting amine without isolation to react with an activated, substituted oxycarbonyl compound or an activated acyl compound is provided. According to this method, a corresponding free amine and its substituted derivative can be produced easily and industrially advantageously from the 2- or 4-nitrobenzenesulfonamide without using a thiol compound.

On permet à des des 2 ou un 4-nitrobenzenesulfonamide de réagir avec de l'alcoxide alcalin pour enlever un groupe de nitrobenzenesulfonyl pour obtenir de ce fait une amine correspondant à l'amide. En outre, une méthode pour produire un dérivé d'amine en permettant à l'amine résultante sans isolement de réagir avec un composé activé et substitué d'oxycarbonyl ou un composé activé d'acyle est fournie. Selon cette méthode, une amine libre correspondante et son dérivé substitué peuvent être produits facilement et industriellement avantageusement à partir des 2 ou du 4-nitrobenzenesulfonamide sans employer un composé de thiol.
