The driving circuit has a first circuit, a second circuit, and a switching circuit which connects an output terminal of the first circuit with an input terminal of the second circuit. The first circuit outputs a first voltage and a second voltage in accordance with first display data, and outputs the second voltage and a third voltage in accordance with second display data. The second voltage is lower than the first voltage, and the third voltage is lower than the second voltage.
