The present invention is directed to an aqueous silicone dispersion capable of being crosslinked into a transparent elastomer comprising: 1) a silicone phase comprising at least one crosslinkable polyorganosiloxane A, optionally at least one silicon-containing adhesion promoter B, optionally at least one crosslinking agent D, and optionally at least one solvent S.sub.a of the crosslinkable polyorganosiloxane A, 2) a non-silicone hydrophilic phase comprising at least one filler, a surfactant, and optionally at least one catalyst and/or at least one water soluble adhesion promoter B', and 3) water; wherein the difference between the refractive indexes of component 1) and component 2) is not greater than 0.05, preferably not greater than 0.04. The invention also concerns the method for preparing said dispersion and the sealant or other materials or waterproofing/fireproofing coats comprising said dispersion.

La présente invention est dirigée vers une dispersion aqueuse de silicone capable de l'réticulation dans une comportement transparente d'élastomère : 1) par phase de silicone comportant au moins un polyorganosiloxane crosslinkable A, sur option au moins un instigateur silicium-contenant B d'adhérence, sur option au moins un agent de réticulation D, et sur option au moins un S.sub.a dissolvant du polyorganosiloxane crosslinkable A, 2) une phase hydrophile de non-silicone comportant au moins un remplisseur, un agent tensio-actif, et sur option au moins un catalyseur et/ou au moins un instigateur hydrosoluble B d'adhérence ', et 3) l'eau ; où la différence entre les indices de réfraction du composant 1) et le composant 2) n'est pas 0.05 plus grand que, de préférence 0.04 non plus grand que. L'invention concerne également la méthode pour préparer ladite dispersion et le mastic ou d'autres matériaux ou manteaux de waterproofing/fireproofing comportant ladite dispersion.
