A configurable dynamic PLA in accordance with the present invention provides for multiple programs onto one dynamic PLA and allows one of the multiple programs to be selected at any given time, making the array "configurable" after the array is built. In addition, if the evaluate modules are made reprogrammable, the PLA is both configurable and reprogrammable. The capability to reprogram the array allows new functions to be realized after the array is built. The capability to configure the array allows any one of the preprogrammed functions--be it hardwired or reprogrammed--to be selected for each evaluation cycle. This is especially useful since reprogramming the array may take multiple cycles.

Ein konfigurierbarer dynamischer Winkel des Leistungshebels in Übereinstimmung mit der anwesenden Erfindung stellt für mehrfache Programme auf einen dynamischen Winkel des Leistungshebels zur Verfügung und erlaubt, daß eins der mehrfachen Programme zu jeder möglicher gegebenen Zeit vorgewählt wird und die Reihe "konfigurierbar" bildet, nachdem die Reihe errichtet ist. Zusätzlich wenn die auswertenmodule neu programmierbar gebildet werden, ist der Winkel des Leistungshebels konfigurierbar und neu programmierbar. Die Fähigkeit reprogram die Reihe erlaubt, daß neue Funktionen verwirklicht werden, nachdem die Reihe errichtet ist. Die Fähigkeit, zum der Reihe zusammenzubauen erlaubt, daß irgendeine der vorprogrammierten Funktionen -- sei es fest verdrahtet oder reprogrammed -- für jeden Auswertung Zyklus vorgewählt wird. Dieses ist besonders nützlich, seit reprogramming die Reihe, kann mehrfache Zyklen nehmen.
