The invention relates to a process for removing pollutants from soil with the aid of a stripping gas which involves (a) injecting the stripping gas into the soil at the level of and/or under the pollutant, (b) volatilizing the pollutant with the stripping gas, so that it rises to the ground level above the pollutant, (c) collecting and further treatment of the volatilized pollutant, a pneumatic screen being provided in the soil along the circumference of the polluted area.

Die Erfindung bezieht auf einem Prozeß für das Entfernen der Verschmutzungsstoffe vom Boden mit dem Hilfsmittel eines abstreifenden Gases, deren (a) miteinbezieht, das abstreifende Gas in den Boden auf Niveau und/oder unter dem Verschmutzungsstoff einspritzend, (b), den Verschmutzungsstoff verdampfend in das abstreifende Gas, damit es zur Bodengleiche über dem Verschmutzungsstoff, (c) Sammeln und weiter Behandlung des verdampften Verschmutzungsstoffs steigt, ein pneumatischer Schirm, der in den Boden entlang dem Umkreis des beschmutzten Bereichs bereitgestellt wird.
