Cyclic diamine compounds of formula (1) are disclosed: ##STR1## wherein A is (CH.sub.2).sub.n, (CH.sub.2).sub.n --CH.dbd.CH, CO--(CH.sub.2).sub.n or CO--(CH.sub.2).sub.n --CH.dbd.CH, in which n is a number of 0 to 3; Z represents a formula (2) or (3): ##STR2## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are individually a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, alkoxy group, halogen atom or nitro group; R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, alkoxy group, halogen atom, nitro group, naphthyl group, or phenyl group which may be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups, alkoxy groups, halogen atoms, a nitro group and a phenyl group; and X and Y are individually CH or a nitrogen atom; and m is 1 or 2; an acid-addition salt thereof, or a hydrate thereof, and a medicine containing such a compound.

Los compuestos cíclicos de la diamina del fórmula (1) se divulgan: ## del ## STR1 en donde A es (CH.sub.2).sub.n, (CH.sub.2).sub.n -- CH.dbd.CH, CO -- (CH.sub.2).sub.n o CO -- (CH.sub.2).sub.n -- CH.dbd.CH, en el cual n es un número de 0 a de 3; Z representa un fórmula (2) o (3): ## del ## STR2 en qué R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 y R.sup.6 son individualmente un átomo del hidrógeno, un grupo alkyl, un grupo alkoxy, un átomo del halógeno o un grupo nitro; R.sup.3 es un átomo del hidrógeno, un grupo alkyl, un grupo alkoxy, un átomo del halógeno, un grupo nitro, un grupo de la naftílico, o un grupo fenilo que se puede substituir por 1 a 3 sustitutos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en grupos alkyl, grupos alkoxy, átomos del halógeno, un grupo nitro y un grupo fenilo; y X y Y son individualmente CH o un átomo del nitrógeno; y m es 1 o 2; una sal de la a'cido-adicio'n de eso, o un hidrato de eso, y una medicina que contiene tal compuesto.
