The invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) R.sup.1 --Q.sup.1
--X--Q.sup.2 --R.sup.2, in which: Q.sup.1, Q.sup.2, each independent of
one another, are missing or are --NH--(CH.sub.2).sub.n --CO--; R.sup.1,
R.sup.2, each independent of one another, are missing or are
cyclo-(Arg-Gly-Asp-Z), wherein Z is missing in side chain of Q.sup.1 or
Q.sup.2 of if Q.sup.1 and/or Q.sup.2 missing, is bound to X, at least one
of the groups R.sup.1 or R.sup.2 always having to be included; X is
--CO--R.sup.18 --CO--, and if R.sup.1 --Q.sup.1 -- or R.sup.2 --Q.sup.2 --
are missing is R.sup.10, R.sup.13, Het-CO or a flourescent pigment residue
linked through a --CONH--, --COO--, NH--C(.dbd.S)--N--,
--NH--C(.dbd.O)--NH--, --SO.sub.2 NH--or --NHCO-- bond; and Z, R.sup.10,
R.sup.13, R.sup.16, R.sup.18, Het and n have the meaning given in claim 1.
The invention also relates to the salts of said compounds. These compounds
and their salts can be used as integrin inhibitors, in particular for the
prevention and treatment of circulatory diseases, thrombosis, heart
infarct, coronary heart diseases, arteriosclerosis, angiogenic diseases
and in tumor therapy.

NH -- C(.dbd.S) -- N --. -- NH -- C(.dbd.O) -- NH --. -- SO.sub.2 NH -- o -- nhco -- enlace; y Z, R.sup.10, R.sup.13, R.sup.16, R.sup.18, Het y n tienen el significado dado en la demanda 1. La invención también se relaciona con las sales de los compuestos dichos. Estos compuestos y sus sales se pueden utilizar como inhibidores del integrin, en el detalle para la prevención y el tratamiento de enfermedades circulatorias, trombosis, infarto del corazón, enfermedades cardíacas coronarias, arteriosclerasis, enfermedades angiogenic y en terapia del tumor.
