An intraocular lens implant including a telescope body defining an optical path for light to pass therethrough, at least one lens attached to the telescope body, mounting structure connected to the telescope body for mounting the implant in an eye, and an optical blocker disposed in the implant outside of the optical path which minimizes a transmission of light outside the optical path but does not impede transmission of light through the optical path.

Un implante intraocular de la lente incluyendo un cuerpo del telescopio que definía una trayectoria óptica para que la luz pase therethrough, por lo menos a una lente unida al cuerpo del telescopio, a estructura de montaje conectada con el cuerpo del telescopio para montar el implante en un ojo, y a blocker óptico dispuso en el implante fuera de la trayectoria óptica que reduce al mínimo una transmisión de ligero fuera de la trayectoria óptica pero no impide la transmisión de la luz a través de la trayectoria óptica.
