The invention relates to novel compounds from the class of the macrolide
antibiotic oleandomycin of the general formula (I)

R.sup.1 has the individual meaning of --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.3 group, of a
fragment of the formula (II), together with R.sup.2 has the meaning of a
fragment of the formula (III) or together with R.sup.4 has the meaning of
a fragment of the formula (IV) or a fragment of the formula (V)

R.sup.2 together with R.sup.3 has the meaning of a ketone or together with
R.sup.1 has the meaning of a fragment of the formula (III),
R.sup.3 has the individual meaning of OH group or together with R.sup.2 has
the meaning of a ketone,
R.sup.4 has the individual meaning of a methyl group, or together with
R.sup.1 has the meaning of a fragment of the formula (IV) or of a fragment
of the formula (V),
R.sup.5 has the individual meaning of hydrogen or a benzyloxycarbonyl
group,
R.sup.6 has the individual meaning of hydrogen, a methyl group or a
benzyloxycarbonyl group,
to intermediates for the preparation thereof, to a process for preparing
them as well as to pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts thereof with
inorganic or organic acids.
L'invention concerne des composés de roman de la classe de l'oleandomycin antibiotique de macrolide du ## général du ## STR1 de la formule (i) où R.sup.1 a la signification individuelle de -- le groupe de CH.sub.2 CH.sub.3, d'un fragment de la formule (ii), ainsi que R.sup.2 a la signification d'un fragment de la formule (iii) ou ainsi que R.sup.4 a la signification d'un fragment de la formule (iv) ou un fragment du ## R.sup.2 du ## STR2 de la formule (v) ainsi que R.sup.3 a la signification d'une cétone ou ainsi que R.sup.1 a la signification d'un fragment de la formule (iii), R.sup.3 a la signification individuelle du groupe de l'OH ou en même temps que R.sup.2 a la signification d'une cétone, R.sup.4 a la signification individuelle d'un groupe méthylique, ou ainsi que R.sup.1 a la signification d'un fragment de la formule (iv) ou d'un fragment de la formule (v), R.sup.5 a la signification individuelle de l'hydrogène ou un groupe de benzyloxycarbonyl, R.sup.6 a la signification individuelle de l'hydrogène, d'un groupe méthylique ou d'un groupe de benzyloxycarbonyl, aux intermédiaires pour la préparation en, à un procédé pour les préparer aussi bien qu'aux sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables d'addition en avec des acides inorganiques ou organiques.
