A powder composition for preparing aqueous coating agents, characterised in that it contains A) 15 to 30 wt. % of one or more melamine resins, B) 3 to 30 wt. % of one or more polyhydric alcohols, C) 10 to 50 wt. % of one or more phosphates and/or polyphosphates and D) 3 to 40 wt. % of one or more chloroparaffins and/or melamine and/or melamine derivatives and/or dicyanodiamide.

Ein Puderaufbau für das Vorbereiten der wäßrigen beschichtenden Mittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Gew. % A) 15 bis 30 von einem oder mehr Melaminharzen, Gew. % B)- 3 bis 30 von einem oder mehr Polywasserstoffspiritus, Gew. % C)- 10 bis 50 von einem oder mehr Phosphaten und/oder Polyphosphate und Gew. % D)- 3 bis 40 von einem oder mehr Chlorparaffinen und/oder Melamin und/oder Melamin Ableitungen und/oder dicyanodiamide enthält.
