Compositions described herein are aqueous detergent compositions, preferably hard surface cleaning compositions, which contain C.sub.10 alkyl sulfate detergent surfactant, optional hydrophobic cleaning solvent, optional, but preferred, mono- or poly-carboxylic acid, and optional, but preferred, aqueous solvent system, the pH being from about 2 to about 5. They have excellent soap scum removal and hard water deposit removal properties and are easy to rinse. Such compositions optionally contain additional cosurfactant, preferably anionic surfactant, peroxide and/or hydrophilic polymer for additional benefits. Articles of manufacture comprising the composition and a sprayer and methods of use are also disclosed.

Hierin beschreven de samenstellingen zijn waterige detergent samenstellingen, bij voorkeur harde oppervlakte het schoonmaken samenstellingen, die C.sub.10 alkyl sulfaat detergent capillair-actieve stof, facultatief hydrophobic schoonmakend facultatief oplosmiddel bevatten, maar verkozen, mono - of poly-carboxylic zuur, en facultatief, maar aangewezen, waterig oplosbaar systeem, pH die van ongeveer 2 aan ongeveer 5 is. Zij hebben uitstekende de verwijdering van het zeepschuim en de verwijderingseigenschappen van de hard waterstorting en zijn gemakkelijk te spoelen. Dergelijke samenstellingen bevatten extra cosurfactant, bij voorkeur anionische capillair-actieve stof, naar keuze peroxyde en/of hydrofiel polymeer voor extra voordelen. Artikelen van vervaardiging uit de samenstelling en uit een spuitbus de bestaan en de methodes die van gebruik worden ook onthuld.
