A multiplexed enzyme assay method and substrate set for performing the method are disclosed. The method includes performing a plurality of enzyme reactions in the presence of a plurality of enzymes substrates, under conditions effective to convert an enzyme substrate to a corresponding product, where the product of each substrate and the substrate have different separation characteristics from each other and from the other substrates and their corresponding products. After performing the reactions, which may be carried out in separate or combined reactions, the substrates and products in said reactions are separated in a single separation medium. For each separated product and substrate, a separation characteristic effective to identify that product and substrate and a signal related to the amount of the product and substrate is detected. From this, one can determine the amount of substrate converted to the corresponding product in each of the reactions.

Un metodo di analisi dell'enzima e un insieme funzionati del substrato per l'effettuazione del metodo sono rilevati. Il metodo include l'effettuazione della pluralità di reazioni enzimiche in presenza di una pluralità di substrati degli enzimi, nelle circostanze efficaci convertire un substrato degli enzimi in prodotto corrispondente, in cui il prodotto di ogni substrato ed il substrato hanno caratteristiche differenti di separazione da a vicenda e dagli altri substrati e dai loro prodotti corrispondenti. Dopo l'effettuazione delle reazioni, che possono essere effettuati nelle reazioni separate o unite, i substrati ed i prodotti nelle reazioni dette sono separati in un singolo mezzo di separazione. Per ogni prodotto e substrato separati, un efficace caratteristico di separazione identificare che il prodotto ed il substrato e un segnale si sono riferiti alla quantità del prodotto e del substrato è rilevato. A partire da questa, si può determinare la quantità di substrato convertita in prodotto corrispondente in ciascuna delle reazioni.
