A transformable riding toy includes a frame having front, rear, and central portions with a seat for a child. The toy also includes a digger assembly mounted to the rear portion of the frame and having a bucket with wheels that is removable, the bucket being operative as a wagon when removed. The toy includes a front-end loader assembly coupled to the front portion of the frame and having a bucket with a removable panel, the front-end loader bucket being operative as a bench when removed.
