Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein Ar is aryl, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are hydrogen alkyl, alkyl substituted with phenyl, and aryl, O, NH, NR.sup.4 and S, R.sup.5 is hydrogen, alkyl or aryl or alkylene when taken with R.sup.1, and R.sup.3 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkyl substituted with phenyl, aryl, a heterocyclic group or a polycyclic group, are antiviral agents. A typical embodiment is (1S,4R)-4-[2-amino-6-(cyclopropylamino)-9H-purin-9-yl]-2-cyclopentene-1-me thanol O-[phenyl-(methoxy-L-alaninyl)]phosphate.

Смеси ## ## STR1 формулы при котором Ar арилово, R.sup.1 и R.sup.2 будут алкилом водопода, алкилом замененным с фенилом, и арилом, о, nh, NR.sup.4 и с, R.sup.5 будут водоподом, алкилом или арилом или алкиленом после того как они приниманы с R.sup.1, и R.sup.3 будет водоподом, алкилом, алкилом замененным с фениловым, арилово, гетероциклическая группа или полициклической группой, будет противовирусные вещества.
