The present invention aims at minimizing the influence of residual fluorescence emitted from adjacent spots, upon reading time-resolved fluorescence. The path of laser beam scan is set to be intermittent such that residual fluorescence from adjacent spots gives no effect. In other words, the spots are read in a skipping manner.

La presente invenzione punta su minimizzare l'influenza della fluorescenza residua emessa dai punti adiacenti, sulla fluorescenza tempo-risolta lettura. Il percorso dell'esplorazione del fascio laser è regolato per essere intermittente tali che la fluorescenza residua dai punti adiacenti non dà seguito. Cioè i punti sono letti dentro un modo di salto.
