A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named `Duepremwi`, characterized by its inflorescences with pale yellow-colored flower bracts; dark green-colored leaves; uniform and rounded plant habit; freely branching habit; early flowering habit; and excellent post-production longevity.
