An accessible electronic system is provided for storing old and new electronic identifiers and for searching and matching the new and old electronic identifiers of an entity. The electronic system creates a bridge from the old to the new electronic identifiers. During a registration process a registrant may provide the system with a preferred electronic identifier in addition to a series of functional and/or non-functional electronic identifiers. During a searching process, if the searcher provides the system with any of the electronic identifiers provided to the system by the registrant, the system will return the preferred electronic identifier of the registrant.

Un sistema elettronico accessibile è fornito per immagazzinare i vecchi e nuovi contrassegni elettronici e per la ricerca ed abbinare di nuovi e vecchi contrassegni elettronici di un'entità. Il sistema elettronico genera un ponticello dal vecchio ai nuovi contrassegni elettronici. Durante il processo di registro un registrant può fornire al sistema un contrassegno elettronico preferito oltre che una serie di contrassegni elettronici funzionali e/o non funzionali. Durante il processo di ricerca, se il ricercatore fornisce al sistema c'è ne dei contrassegni elettronici forniti al sistema dal registrant, il sistema restituirà il contrassegno elettronico preferito del registrant.
