An organopolysiloxane composition which comprises:
a) organopolysiloxane I of the general formula:
A(Si(R.sup.1).sub.2 O).sub.a (SiR.sup.1 O).sub.b Si(R.sup.1).sub.2 A
R.sup.2 (NH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.c NHR.sup.3 ;
b) organopolysiloxane II of the general formula:
(AB).sub.n A
where A is a polysiloxane unit of the general formula:
(X(C.sub.a H.sub.2a O).sub.b R.sup.2 (Si(R.sup.1).sub.2 O.sub.c R.sup.2
(OC.sub.a H.sub.2a).sub.b X)
and B is a polyalkyleneoxide unit of the general formula (YO(C.sub.a
H.sub.2a O).sub.d Y);
c) organopolysiloxane III of the general formula:
A(Si(R.sup.1).sub.2 O).sub.x (Si(R.sup.1)(E)O).sub.y
(Si(R.sup.1)(G)O).sub.z Si(R.sup.1).sub.2 A
G is --(R.sup.2).sub.b O(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.c (C.sub.3 H.sub.6
O).sub.d R.sup.3 group; and
d) organopolysiloxane IV of the general formula:
A(Si(R.sup.1).sub.2 O).sub.x (Si(R.sup.1)(G).sub.y Si(R.sup.1).sub.2 A
where G is --(R.sup.2).sub.b O(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.c (C.sub.3 H.sub.6
O).sub.d R.sup.3 group.
