Heterocyclic compounds of formula (I), wherein R.sup.1 is carboxy or protected carboxy, R.sup.2 is aryl which may have suitable sustituent(s), R.sup.3 is aryl which may have suitable substituent(s), R.sup.4 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, hydroxy or aryl, A.sup.1 is lower alkylene, (a) is (b), etc., --A.sup.3 -- is (c), etc. and n is 0 or 1, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof which are useful as a medicament.

Los compuestos heterocíclicos del fórmula (i), en donde R.sup.1 es carboxy o carboxy protegido, R.sup.2 son aryl que pueda tener sustituent(s) conveniente, R.sup.3 son aryl que pueda tener substituent(s) conveniente, R.sup.4 son hidrógeno, un alkyl, hydroxy más bajo o aryl, A.sup.1 es un alkylene más bajo, (a) es (b), etc., -- A.sup.3 -- es (c), el etc. y n es 0 o 1, y farmacéutico las sales aceptables de eso que son útiles como medicamento.
