The present invention relates to a method for the photolithographic synthesis of biochips in which photolabile protective groups of the 2-(2-nitrophenyl)ethyl type are used, whereby the irradiation step that is common in the photolithographic chip synthesis is carried out in the presence of a base, preferably a secondary or uerriary base.

La presente invenzione riguarda un metodo per la sintesi photolithographic dei biochips in cui i gruppi protettivi photolabile del tipo 2-(2-nitrophenyl)ethyl sono usati, per cui il punto di irradiazione che è comune nella sintesi photolithographic del circuito integrato è effettuato in presenza di una base, preferibilmente una base secondaria o uerriary.
