A transmission line is monitored while the communication is held in a steady state and moving a tone set if there are no tones securing a predetermined value of an S/N ratio. The tone set is not moving if there are at least two tones securing the S/N ratio. The tone set is moved by the predetermined method if there is one tone securing the S/N ratio and it is judged that communication quality can be maintained by moving the tone set in a same tone group. The tone group moved if it is judged that the communication quality cannot be maintained even by executing movement of the tone set in the same tone group.

Se supervisa una línea de la transmisión mientras que la comunicación se lleva a cabo en un estado constante y la mudanza de un tono fijado si no hay tonos que aseguran un valor predeterminado de un cociente de S/N. El sistema del tono no se está moviendo si hay por lo menos dos tonos que aseguran el cociente de S/N. El sistema del tono es movido por el método predeterminado si hay un tono que asegura el cociente de S/N y se juzga que la calidad de la comunicación puede ser mantenida moviendo el tono fijado en un mismo grupo del tono. El grupo del tono se movió si se juzga que la calidad de la comunicación no puede ser mantenida incluso ejecutando el movimiento del tono fijado en el mismo grupo del tono.
