The invention provides a process for producing lactic acid from a medium
containing an alkaline earth-metal salt of lactic acid, comprising (a)
reacting a conjugated base of an alkali metal from a subsequent step with
the medium to form a water soluble alkali metal lactate salt and a basic
compound of the alkaline earth metal; (b) separating the water soluble
alkali metal lactate salt and the basic compound of the alkaline
earth-metal; (c) splitting the water soluble alkali metal lactate to form
a conjugated alkali metal base and a lactic acid product, which product is
selected from the group consisting of lactic acid; and (d) separating the
conjugated alkali metal base and the lactic acid product; (e) reusing the
separated conjugated alkali metal base or the product in the step (a); and
(f) reusing the basic compound of the alkaline earth metal, separated in
step (b) to form an alkaline earth metal salt of lactic acid.
L'invenzione fornisce un processo per produrre l'acido lattico da un mezzo che contiene un sale alcalino del terra-metallo di acido lattico, contenente (a) reagendo una base coniugata di un metallo alcalino da un punto successivo con il mezzo per formare un sale alcalino-metallico solubile in acqua del lattato e un residuo di base del metallo alcalino-terroso; (b) separare il sale alcalino-metallico solubile in acqua del lattato ed il residuo di base del terra-metallo alcalino; (c) spaccando il lattato alcalino-metallico solubile in acqua per formare una base alcalina-metallica coniugata e un prodotto dell'acido lattico, che il prodotto รจ scelto dal gruppo che consiste dell'acido lattico; e (d) separando la base alcalina-metallica coniugata ed il prodotto dell'acido lattico; (e) riutilizzare la base alcalina-metallica coniugata separata o il prodotto al punto (a); e (f) riutilizzando il residuo di base del metallo alcalino-terroso, separato al punto (b) per formare un sale alcalino-terroso di acido lattico.
