The present invention relates to a composition for washing keratinous
materials, in particular hair, which comprises, in a cosmetically
acceptable medium, particles essentially consisting of aluminium oxide and
having a mean primary size in numerical terms of less than 200 nm, at
least one conditioning agent chosen from cationic surfactants, cationic
polymers, silicones, vegetable oils, ceramides, anionic polymers,
amphoteric polymers and mixtures thereof, and at least one detergent
surfactant, these compositions not simultaneously containing an anionic
surfactant and an amphoteric or nonionic surfactant. The invention also
relates to a method for the cosmetic treatment of keratinous fibres, and a
use of the composition according to the invention as a shampoo.
